The provisions of this Act shall apply ---- (a) in relation to any Ordinance promulgated by the Governor under section 88 of the Government of India Act, 1935, as they apply in relation to Uttar Pradesh Acts made under the said Act by the Governor, and in relation to any Regulation made by the Governor under section 92 of the said Act as they apply in relation to Uttar Pradesh Acts, made by the Provincial Legislature; and
