An appeal under sub-section (1) of section 79 shall be preferred-- (a) where it is an appeal under clause (a) of the said sub-section, within thirty days of the date of order passed by the Juvenile Court or the Magistrate; (b) where it is an appeal under clause (b) of the said sub-section, within 60 days of the date of order passed by the Sessions Judge.
