(1) An appeal from an order made by a court under section 3, 29, 30, 31, 38, 40 or 41 shall lie- (a) to the Sessions Judge if passed by a juvenile court, or a Magistrate of the First Class specially empowered in his behalf under section 60; and (b) to the High Court if passed by Sessions Judge. (2) An order passed under the provisions of this Act and not subject to appeal under sub-section (1) may be revised by the High Court. Period of limitation after filling appeals
