Any registered medical practitioner empowered in this behalf by the State Government may visit any approved school at any time with or Without notice to its manager in order to report the Chief Inspector on the health of the inmates and the sanitary condition of the school : Provided that where any such school is for the reception exclusively of girls, a male registered medical practitioner shall not visit such school without giving previous notice to the manager thereof.
