In the case of child whose ordinary place of residence lies out-side the jurisdiction of the Court before which it is brought, the Court may, if satisfied after due inquiry that if is expedient so to do, send the child back to a relative or a fit person who is fit and willing to receive him and exercise proper care and control of him.
