Whoever in any public street or other public place, whether a building or not causes to be given to any child any intoxicating drug or liquor except upon the order of duly qualified medical practitioner, or in case of sickness or other urgent cause, shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to fifty rupees. Penalty on selling cigarettes, etc. to children
