(1) Orders issued by the officer in charge under section 16 shall be subject to appeal in writing made within fifteen days to such officer or officers as the [State Government]1 directs by rule, but unless appealed against in the prescribed manner shall be final. (2) The order of the appellate authority shall be final. Land Acquisition Act, I of 1894
