The provisions of this Act, shall apply in relation to direct recruitment to all Group ‘C’ posts outside the purview of the Public Service Commission. The State Government may by notification add or withdraw any Group ‘C’ post from the purview of the Commission in a Board or a Corporation or other statutory body established by a controlled by the State Government.
