(1) The Examination Controller shall be a full-time officer of the Univ?rsity,whoshallbenotbelowtherankofAssociateProfessor. (2) The Exarfution Controller shall be appointed by the State Government by notification and their remuneration and allowances sballbepaidbytheUniversity. (3)TheExaminationControllershanberesponsiblefortheduecustody of record pertaining to his wch He shall be ex,officio secretary of examirmtion committee of the University and shall be bound to place before such |committce au such information of "y be necessary for transition of its business he shall also perform such other dudes as may be prescribed by the regulation or from time to time by the Executive Council or the Vice Chancellor but he shall not by virtue of this subsection be entitled to vote he may require from any college the production of such ret`m or the furnishing of information as may t)e necessary for the discharge of his duties.
