(1) The State Government may establish Sanskrit research & Training, Education management & planning, Sanskrit cultural and Sanskrit Science center and Sanskrit Vidyalaya Sankul at State, District, Block and Nyay Panchayat or appropriate level for planning, implementation, control, administration, direction, monitoring and financial management of Sanskrit education except of Director, Joint Director, Deputy Director, Sanskrit Education Directorate, District Assistant Director, Sanskrit Education, Secretary & Deputy Secretary & deputy Secretary of Sanskrit education Board at State level. (2) The State Government shall appoint such officers and employees in the institutions as mentioned in sub-section (1) as the State Government may deem fit. (3) The officers and employees appointed under sub-section (2) shall discharge such functions and exercise powers, as may be prescribed in the rule.
