The State Government may by notification in the official Gazette and subject to such restrictions and conditions as may, be specified in the notification:- (i) delegate to any officer or authority any of the power conferred upon it by this Act ; and (ii) confer power of the Director of Consolidation, Deputy Director, Consolidation; the Settlement Officer, Consolidation and the Consolidation Officer under this Act or the rules made thereunder on any officer or authority.
