(1) All post-graduate instruction, teaching and training shall be conducted by the University or by such affiliated colleges or institutions and in such subjects as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (2) All post-graduate departments shall ordinarily be located at the headquarters of the University, however, the University may locate any of such department at a place of places outside its headquarter. (3) The University may maintain University centers at places other than the headquarters of the University on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Ordinances.
