(1) Counting of period for the purpose of transfer shall be done on the basis of date of 31st May of each year. Inviting Application for transfer on the basis of request Determination of a prescribed date for counting for transfer - 31 - (2) All such offices/ Institution, where the period of alteration of charge is not determined, the alteration in charge /transfer may be done in the interval of five years.
