(1) The Managing Director shall appoint as prescribed, such other officers and servants as may be necessary and proper for the functioning of the Market Committees : Provided that no post shall be created save with the prior sanction of the State Government. (2) Every Committee shall have one Secretary and such other officers, as may be considered necessary by the Managing Director for the efficient discharge of the functions of the Committee who shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions, as may be provided for in the regulations made by it.
