In section 3 of the Principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- "(1) The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and the Members of the Board and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in each University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of that University."
