In section 2 of the principal Act, for clause (1), the following clause shall be substituted namely :- "(1) 'University' means the Gobind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya or the Narendra Deva Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya, as the case may be."
