22. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings. shall lie against the State Government, the Council or the Chairman or any member thereof or any employee or person acting under the directions of the State Government or the Council, for anything done or intended to have been done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules, regulations, orders or directions made or issued thereunder.
