152. Where in the opinion of the State Government the condition of indebtedness of any 1 [Corporation] is such as to make the control of the State Government over its budget desirable, the State Government may by order notified in the official Gazette declare that such is the case and such 1 3[Corporation] shall for the purposes of this Act be deemed to be an indebted 1 [Corporation].
