151. The 1 [Corporation] may vary or alter from time to time as circumstances may render desirable, the budget estimates adopted under section 146 or section 147 : Provided that in the case of an indebted 1 [Corporation] every variation or alteration under this section shall be subject to confirmation by the State Government.
