Any permission granted under section 72 shall remain in force for a period of three years from the date of grant of such permission and should the permission be not availed of for the purpose for which it is granted within the aforesaid period, the permission shall be deemed to have lapsed: Provided further that such lapse shall not bar any subsequent application for fresh permission under section 72.
