The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer of the Controller University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of Exami- a Committee consisting of the Vice-Chancellor as Chairman, two nominees nations. of the Syndicate, a nominee of the Chancellor and a nominee of the State Government.
