Every Dean of Faculty shall be appointed in such manner and shall Deans of exercise such powers and perform his duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes. Each Dean of Faculty shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor from among the Professors in the Faculty for a period of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment. Provided that a Dean on attaining the age of 60 years shall cease to hold office as such.
