Powar to make rules: (1) The State Government may, by notification in the official gazetie make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. oon as may be after itis made, (2) Every rule made under this Act shall be laid, as s before the Tripura Legislative Assembly. 7h. Power to remove difficulties: Hany difficulty arises in giving effect of the provision of this Act the Government may by order, do anything not inconsistent with provision of the Act, which appear to,it to be necessary to remove the difficulty.
