Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, January 05, 2017 A.D. Cempliance with order or direction: Any person on whom an order is served orto whom a direction is made under provisions of this Act shall Carry out such order or direction in such manner and within such time as may specified therein. Jurisdiction of Courts barred: No order made in exercise of any power conferred by or under this act shall be called in question in any Court. Where an order purports to have been made or signed by any authority in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act, it shall be presumed that such an order was so made by that authority. Provided that ifthe owner of the vehicle is aggrieved by the ainor’ a Jcumpensation so determined, he may make an application to the State Government or any officer so entrusted by the State Government for referring the matter to the Court.
