In the event of removal of a Chairman or a Vice-Chairman under section 82 or when a vacancy occurs in the office of a Chairman or a Vice-Chairman by resignation, death, or otherwise, the Panchayat Samiti shall elect another Chairman or Vice-Chairman, in the prescribed manner.
