Prohibition of employment of unregistered persons: No dispensary, hospital, infirmary or lying in ho pital which is suppor- ted partialy or entirely by 'public funds, or local fund shall employ any person as a nurse, midwife, or Health Visitor unle s he is registered under this Act or is under training in an institution recognised by the Council.
