Whoever deposits or throws or causes or permits to be deposited or Penalty. thrown any solid wastes on any place in contravention of the provisions of this Act shall, subject to such rules and regulations as may be made in this behalf, be punishble with fine which shall not be less than five hundred rupees or more than five thousand rupees for each of such offences.
