All transfers of any interest of the licencee in a market shall be inti- mated by the transferee within two months of the date of transfer, to the licensing authority and any market the transfer of interest of the licencee in which has not been intimated in accordance with the provisions of this sec- tion shall be deemed to be a market without a licence.
