- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Tripura Markets Act, 1979

- S. 7No person shall sell or expose for sale any rotten or de-composed arti- cles of food in any market
- S. 8The licensee shall keep the site of the market and the drains therein clean
- S. 9—
- S. 10No licencee shall charge tolls in excess of the schedule of tolls notified by the Government from time to time

- S. 15(1) The Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act
