~i) The Senate shall meet at least thrice in a financial year, other than for convocation, on dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be called the Annual Meeting. The Senate may also meet at such other times as it may, from time to time, decide; (ii) One-third of the total number of members of the Senate plus one shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Senate: .. (iii) The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing by not lt;:ss than one-third of the total number of members of the Senate, convene a meeting of the Senate.
