(1) An application for setting aside a sale under section 73 shall be made to the Collector giving therein the grounds on which such sale is sought to be set aside and documentary evidence, if any, in support thereof. Application for setting aside the sale (2) Such an application shall be disposed of by the Collector after giving notice to the parties interested in the sale and after affording such parties an opportunity of being heard and producing evidence.
