The purchaser may at any time within thirty days from the date of the sale of the immovable property, apply to the collector to set aside the sale on the ground that the defaulter had no interest in the property sold and he shall after summary enquiry I the manner prescribed in Schedule III pass such order on such application as he deems fit.
