State Level and District Level Nodal Agency: (1) The State Government may, by notification, appoint a nodal agency at the State level, which shall be headed by an officer of Director of Industries & Commerce including such supervisory and secretarial staff as may be required. 7 (2) The State Government may notify the District Industries Centre as Nodal Agency at the district level.
