Special single window clearance committee: (1) Government may, by notification, constitute Special Single Window Clearance Committees for any specified purpose, specified area or specified sector and delegate to them such powers and functions as the government may deem fit. (2) The Special Single Window Clearance Committees shall consist of such number of members of whom one shall be nominated by Government as Chairman by way of issuing notification.
