Fees for terms, conditions, and form of, and duration of licenses, permits and passes—Every license, permit or passed under this Act — (a) shall be granted— (i) on payment of such fees (if any), and (ii) subject to such restrictions and on such conditions and (b) shall be in such form and contain such particulars as the State Government may direct.
