Application of sections 28 to 33 to licenses for retail sale of intoxicants other than spirit :- 18 The provisions of sections 28 to 33 as to licenses for the retail sale of spirit shall apply also in respect of license for the retail sale, in any local area specified in any order made by the State Government in this behalf, of any other intoxicant specified in such order.
