The salaries and allowances or honorarium payable to the Chairperson, Vice—Charperson and Members, other than the Member Secretary, and the administrative expenses including salaries, allowances and pensions payable to the officers and others employees referred to in section 5 shall be paid out of grant made by the State Government.
