(2) 4 The Commission shall regulate its own procedure and the procedure of the committees thereof. (3) All orders and decisions ofthe Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson or Vice--Chirperson or any Officers of the Commission authorised1n writing by the Chairperson or Vice—Chairperson in this behalf.
