(1) If any difficulty arises as to the constitution or reconstitution or appointment of any Authority or officer of the University or otherwise in first giving effect to the Ordinances how made. Power to remove difficulties. Regulations. 40 [Act No.13 of 2024] provisions of this Act, or at the time of establishing a new University, the Board of Governors, as occasion may require, may, do anything which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty. (2) All orders made under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after they are made, be placed on the table of Legislature of the State and shall be subject to such modification by way of amendments or repeal as the Legislature may make either in the same session or in the next session. Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
