(1) The University shall set-up Satellite Campuses across the state, catering to area specified for each Satellite Campus; (2) Each Satellite campus shall be governed by a Center Head, who shall be assisted by an Assistant Director and an Administrative Officer; (3) The overall manager of all the Satellite Campuses of the University shall be the Registrar.
