Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the offences under this Act shall be cognizable, bailable and compoundable. PART - III. POWERS OF POLICE OFFICERS AND PROCEDURE FOR SPEEDY INVESTIGATION AND TRIAL OF OFFENCES.
