Disqualifications for members. 6 [Act No.38 of 2006] (ii) he is an un-discharged insolvent or he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or (iii) he has been punished by the Board in any manner for infamous conduct in the profession; or (iv) he has been dismissed from service under any Government or any institution; or (v) his name has been removed from the register maintained under this Act and has not been reinstated; or (vi) he has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude.
