A rule under this Act may provide that a breach thereof shall be punishable with fine not more than rupees five thousand or in case of continuing breach with fine not Penalties for breach of rules. 260 [Act No.5 of 2018] more than rupees one hundred for every day during which the breach continues after conviction for the first breach.
