Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.5, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fishiries (AH) Department, dated 29.09.2014. Short title, extent, commencement and application. 2 [Act No.18 of 2005] 4[(5) (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University Act, 2005 all the colleges and institutions affiliated to Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University and located in Telangana State shall, on and from the appointed date i.e., 22.11.2014 be dis- affiliated from the said University and thereupon they shall be deemed to have been affiliated to the University. (2) Notwithstanding such dis-affiliation of the colleges under clause (1) from Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, the University may request Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University for the conduct of the examinations and the declarations of results so far as they relate upto 31- 12-2015 and it may also request for necessary action in the interest of students to meet any contingency that might arise, as a result of the dis-affiliation under clause (1).]
