(1) This Act may be called 2[P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University] Act, 2005. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 3Telangana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, in the 3Telangana Gazette, appoint. (4) (i) It shall apply in the first instance to the Colleges, Polytechnics, Research Stations and Schemes and Institutions shown in the First and Second Schedules. (ii) The Government may, by notification, apply the provisions of this Act to any other college or institution with effect on and from such date as they may specify in this behalf.
