Number of any cultivable land shall not be made of less or greater area than fixed by the 110[Government] for each district according to different types of land and a statement showing the area fixed shall, before the commencement of the survey, be displayed at a conspicuous place in each village. These provisions shall not apply to the numbers which have already been made of a lesser area or which have been made under the special
