Definitions. 2 [Act No. IV of 1959] 3[(ii) ‘Commission’ means the Khadi and Village Industries Commission established under section 4 of the Khadi & Village Industries Commission Act, 1956, (Central Act 61 of 1956);] (iii) ‘Chairman’, 4[xxx] 5[‘Vice-Chairman’], ‘Chief Executive Officer’ and ‘Member’ means respectively the Chairman, 4[xxx], 5[Vice-Chairman] and Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board; 6[(iii-a) [xxx]] (iv) ‘Government’ means the State Government of 7Telangana; (v) ‘Khadi’ means any cloth woven on handlooms in India from cotton, silk or woollen yarn hand spun in India or from a mixture of any two or all of such yarns; (vi) ‘notification’ means a notification published in the 7Telangana Gazette; (vii) ‘prescribed’ means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (viii) ‘regulations’ means regulations made by the Board under this Act; (ix) ‘State’ means the State of 7Telangana;
