(1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1958. (2) It extends to the whole of the State. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the third November, 1958 in the areas of the State which immediately before the 1st November, 1956 were comprised in the State of Telangana, and shall come into force in the remaining areas of the State on the date appointed by the Government by a notification such date not being earlier than the date on which an order issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Inter-State Corporations Act, 1957 (Central Act 38 of 1957), takes effect.
