No Act or proceeding of the Governing Council, Executive Council or any authority of every Institute or any committee constituted under this Act, shall be questioned [Act No.9 Of 2024] 15 on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in, or defect in the constitution of, the Governing Council, Executive Council, authority, or such committee.
