All orders and decisions of the Institute shall be authenticated by the signature of the Executive Registrar, or any other member or officer authorized by the Institute in this behalf and all other instruments issued by the Institute shall be authenticated by the Director, or any other officer of every institute authorized in like manner in this behalf.
